Strategic Research & Performance Analyst

 

Salary Range: $46,200.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

Your Impact:

A Strategic Research and Performance Analyst serves as a consultant to the business supporting the strategic plan through identifying how to quantify success toward the strategic objectives. They support the organization by identifying growth areas and analyze models for data-driven strategy recommendations. They support the business owners in identifying opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiencies, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and/or enhance customer experience in pursuit of strategic objectives and day to day organizational goals.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Assist with maintenance of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
    • Partner with appropriate E-team members to develop effective improvement plans for all measures not at target
    • Assist in presentations to the executive steering committee
  • Organize collected data in an understandable manner of explaining the information to co- workers and management.
  • Review and create weekly, daily & monthly statistical data, and present information in various locations of the organization. 
  • Participate in cross functional meetings to review forecasts, analyze performance and make recommendations that drive to increased customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards
  • Provides Guidance in the measurement and establishment of data quality metrics including monitoring and design of reports to track progress
  • Participates in regular reviews with department leaders to review performance data and evaluate areas for improvement 
  • Develop and present material for Executive Steering Committee (ESC) and INPRS Board of Trustees
  • Coordinate the annual CEM Report submission and improvement planning
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced skill set of Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced in Excel, Pivot Tables and Visio.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Reports.
  • Experience with Salesforce Tableau 
  • Excellent ability to communicate with co-workers and other agency personnel both verbally and in written form.
  • Skilled in collaboration with others to identify problems, provide advice, and suggest solutions regarding how final outcome will influence the wide range of impact of implementation.
  • Skilled in research, initiating, structuring, and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks within set timeframes.
  • The ability to understand complex in house systems for analytical evaluation.
  • Creating ad hoc excel reports for various reporting needs.
  • The ability to perform critical thinking methods that will stimulate other means of data analysis.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.  
  • Ability to build reports in Excel/Salesforce/ and Tableau and understand data trends
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
